Work Authorization: The customer grants authorization to the garage to conduct the agreed-upon repair work and to operate the vehicle on public roads or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and inspection.
Estimates: All estimates provided for work are approximations and are subject to change; the final billing may be greater than the initial estimate.
Payment: Full payment for services rendered is required upon completion of the work. The vehicle will not be released to the customer until full payment is received.
Parts: The garage holds no responsibility for the availability, delivery delays, or quality of parts provided by external suppliers, including parts supplied by the customer.
Storage Fees: If vehicles are not collected within 24 hours after the completion of work has been communicated, a daily storage fee of $25 will be applied.
Vehicle Towing: For vehicles not in running condition, an initial towing service to the garage will be provided at a cost of $275. If the vehicle needs to be returned to the customer's location by tow truck upon completion of the inspection or repairs, a fee of $150 will be charged. Payment for all towing services must be made prior to the scheduling of the appointment.
Abandoned Vehicles: Any vehicle left at the garage for over 30 days without payment may be considered abandoned and could be disposed of or sold by the garage to recover costs.
Liability for Damages: The garage will not be held liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or articles left in vehicles due to fire, theft, or any other circumstances beyond the garage's control, nor for any delays or damage caused by parts unavailability or delivery delays.
Warranty: Any warranty on parts is limited to that provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
Ownership: The customer must legally own the vehicle or have obtained the necessary authority to authorize repairs.
Customer-Supplied Parts: Customers who choose to supply their own parts for repair or service will be subject to an additional charge of $25 per hour over the standard labor rate.
Appointment Flexibility: Please note that while we strive to respect the appointment dates, they are subject to change depending on the garage's availability and current workload. We appreciate your understanding and patience if rescheduling becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or busy periods.
Additional Fees: Please be aware that additional fees may apply in certain cases. These include, but are not limited to, charges for environmental waste management, parts disposal, shop supplies, shipping costs, and necessary readjustments.
Personal Information Usage: The customer agrees to the storage and use of their personal data for record-keeping purposes and to meet other legal obligations.
